LAS VEGAS – Co-headliners Josh Koscheck and Anthony Johnson and main-card fighter Antonio Rogerio Nogueira eached earned $70,000 fight-night bonuses for their performances at Saturday’s “UFC 106: Ortiz vs. Griffin II” event.
Koscheck earned the “Submission of the Night” bonus, Nogueira earned the “Knockout of the Night” award, and Koscheck and Johnson both earned “Fight of the Night” honors. Koscheck’s two awards netted him $140,000.
MMAjunkie.com learned of the awards in the post-fight press conference, which followed UFC 106 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.
