It’s fight week, blog week as UFC President Dana White offers up the first video blog for UFC 144. As is usually the case, the first video blog takes a behind the scenes look at the action from a previous event. In this case it is UFC 143 which featured the interim welterweight title bout between Carlos Condit and Nick Diaz.
